About us
Our ‘Shed’ is a wonderful space in Worcester UK based in the Crypt of a Church. This is a great place for us to meet and follow practical interests or just have a chat.
It is also about making social connections, building friendships, sharing skills and knowledge. We also make sure we have ample opportunities to have a laugh.

THE CRYPT
We are very grateful to the people and organisations that have made donations to our Shed. This has enabled us to furnish the Crypt with a variety of woodworking and metalworking tools and equipment.
The Crypt lends itself well to the creation of areas specific to projects, whether that’s furniture refurbishment, metalworking or working with hand tools. There is also machine room which holds all the big noisy stuff!
This enables us to complete projects end to end whether that’s using hand tools, machinery or a mix of both.
LIKE WHAT YOU SEE?
Why not come along and see what we have to offer and meet the members, who will make you most welcome.
It’s the ideal place to make new friends, follow a hobby, make things, and maybe help us on projects that help us cover our costs. All in a supportive environment. You might even learn a skill or even teach us something new.
Either way, we all have fun.
We meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am and finish around 1pm, although this depends what we are working on.
Your first two visits are free. Then, if you like what you see, there is a small annual membership and a small cost per visit to cover the teas and coffee.
If you want to know more check out our contacts page and get in touch.
We are also open every Wednesday from 10am to 12pm. This is a Community Day for everyone 18 and over to either learn some new skills, work on group projects or pursue your own projects and ideas.
